Grant Giving: A Collective Commitment to Inclusive Access & Belonging

Each year, through targeted grants, we support education-focused initiatives led by four legacy organizations and industry ChangeMakers—Emma Bowen Foundation, NAMIC, T. Howard Foundation, The WICT Network, and others.

Our grants power leadership development, talent recruitment, and strategic programs that expand opportunity across the media ecosystem. This includes scholarships and support for high-potential students, removing barriers and building an accessible, inclusive talent pipeline.

By investing in future leaders, we’re shaping a brighter future—from the pipeline to the boardroom.
